Our client, a start-up software company delivering revolutionary AI transformation across healthcare organizations, is looking for a Creative Director to join their team! Reporting into the CMO, this person will be a key player on the marketing team. Your mission will be to create compelling, high-impact campaigns and resources that effectively communicate the value of their AI solutions and inspire their target audience to become curious, trust, and connect with the brand. Furthermore, your role will center on designing and implementing visual solutions that inspire and build trust around the value of the solutions and play a crucial role in the company's overall success - driving brand awareness and ultimately contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare administration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in design (ideally in SaaS/tech)
• Experience integrating visual design with digital marketing strategies for amplified impact.
• Experience in high-growth startup environments - This person must thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented cultures.
• A standout portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, highlighting your ability to create impactful and visually stunning work.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate design effectiveness and pivot strategies as needed.
