Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Creative Director with a proven track record in digital marketing agencies to lead our creative team in delivering cutting-edge solutions. As the Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity, user experience, and creative direction for our clients' digital initiatives. Leveraging your expertise in UX/UI design, e-commerce best practices, and performance creative, you will drive innovation and excellence across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative vision and strategy for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Oversee the development and execution of UX/UI design concepts that enhance user engagement and drive conversions across digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, strategy, and performance marketing, to deliver integrated campaigns that exceed client expectations.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to a team of designers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, e-commerce, and performance marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Partner with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and competitive landscape, translating insights into compelling creative solutions that deliver measurable results.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines and budgets, effectively managing resources and prioritizing tasks to meet client deadlines.

Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within a digital marketing agency, with a focus on UX/UI design, e-commerce, and performance creative.
• Understand UX best practices for mobile and desktop
• Track record in leading design teams of 5+ designers
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns (performance creative and content) that drive measurable results for clients.
• Expertise in UX/UI design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and e-commerce best practices.
• Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
