Essential Job Functions
- Maintain Court Sports Cleanliness: Keep our court facilities pristine and inviting for members.
- Equipment Setup: Ensure all equipment is properly set up for area reservations, promoting seamless member experiences.
- Instruct Classes and Camps: Lead engaging classes and camps to enhance member participation and enjoyment.
- Member Assistance: Stay visible and approachable to assist members with inquiries, fostering a welcoming environment.
- Summer Camp Coordination: Oversee all logistical aspects of our Summer Camps, serving as the central point of contact and ensuring smooth operations.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-in, check-out, and lunch procedures for camp attendees with efficiency and professionalism.
- Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of camp attendance, incidents, and feedback to inform future improvements.
- Safety Compliance: Uphold all safety policies and procedures, identifying and addressing any potential hazards promptly.
- Task Delegation: Assign duties to gym attendants, ensuring efficient gym operations.
- Equipment Management: Set up and take down sports equipment as needed, contributing to a well-organized gym environment.
- Training Participation: Engage in all club-related training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

- Prioritize safety in all decision-making processes.
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
- Adapt schedule to cover unassigned shifts as needed.
- Effectively communicate and enforce health and safety codes.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for basketball programming inquiries.
- Maintain professional development and physical capabilities to perform job duties effectively.
- Minimum 4 years of athletic experience.
- Preferred experience in coaching youth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent planning, supervisory, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Current CPR AED/First Aid and SafeSport certifications or willingness to obtain within three months of employment.
- Combination of gymnasium and desk work.
- Flexible hours based on practice, tournament, and event schedules.
- Occasional travel within and outside the state may be required.
- Availability for irregular hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends as necessary.
