Job Summary

Under supervision, this position is responsible for conducting research and providing responses to a variety of written and web based inquiries from beneficiaries, providers, Blues Plans, Etc.,

This is an ONSITE position at our Jacksonville Office location.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma OR GED.
• 6 months customer service experience OR 6 months experience in an office environment
• Data entry and/or typing experience.
• Interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills and independent decision making skills.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Billing or insurance experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
• Referral preference given to applicants able to take and meet testing criteria.
• PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word and Excel.
