This role is multi-faceted, resulting in a wide range of duties on any given day. The basics are to keep the office running smoothly, whether managing the office supplies, customer inquiries, managing outside vendors such as cleaning services etc. This role also serves to leverage the bandwidth of the owner and sales manager. Duties will include correspondence and scheduling meetings and travel on their behalf, market research, note taking in meetings, etc.
Job Duties:
A bachelor’s degree with two years or Associate degree with four years work experience in an office environment or sales organization.

Job Duties:
- Manage day to day office operations
- Assist in sales-related activities, including preparing sales reports, tracking sales data, and supporting sales initiatives.
- Customer service coordination from customer inquiries, emails, chats, and phone calls
- Take notes during meetings, request agenda items, and distribute meeting notes promptly.
- Develop and maintain training documents to support staff development.
- Assist in creating and managing invoices for sales transactions
A bachelor’s degree with two years or Associate degree with four years work experience in an office environment or sales organization.
- High proficiency with MS Office
- High degree of proven written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- A penchant for keeping things organized and tidy
- Occasional availability beyond a M-F 8-5 work schedule
