We are assisting an AmLaw150 firm looking to hire a Midlevel Corporate Associate to join their growing NYC office.


  • 5+ years of M&A experience - must be able to run deals "front to back" with little oversight.
  • Represent middle market clients such as private equity funds, government entities, non-profits, and financial sellers across a variety of industries.
  • 1850 billable hour requirement for competitive slightly under market salary
  • Hybrid office policy
