Job Description:
• Seeking corporate attorneys with previous experience at a large firm
• Candidates should have 6+ years of experience with corporate, M&A, securities and/or finance transactions.
• Applicable bar admission required for the jurisdiction in which the candidate is interested. Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills required.
