Corporate Associate

Our client, an AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a mid to senior level corporate associate (3-6 years of experience) to join their corporate group office.

Requirements:

• Hold a J.D. from a recognized law school, with strong academic credentials.
• At least three full years of experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on M&A and private equity.
• Experience working in payments and banking law with a focus on regulatory compliance to join its Fintech and Financial Services team is welcome.
• Hybrid setting; 2-3 days in office required with fully remote work being a possibility.

Compensation:

• $250,000-$400,000
