We are seeking a Resource Management Coordinator to join our growing global Resource Management (RM) team. As a detail-oriented relationship builder with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude, the RM Coordinator plays a crucial role within the RM team.

Working alongside senior RM team members, this individual will ensure the puzzle pieces come together to build our teams This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the resource management team for the Comms capability of RC.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with RMs across Capabilities in support of overall RM processes , including dept wide reporting
  • Maintain employee utilization projections in Resource Management system (Workfront), ensuring all details are consistently accurate
  • Own and manage various follow-ups/communications, scheduling relevant meetings, create and send meeting recaps, etc.
  • Maintain constant knowledge of current needs and proactively suggest potential solutions where possible
  • Review team utilization on a weekly basis, flagging instances of high or low utilization to RM team and coordinate follow ups with managers and team leads as needed
  • Review timesheet reports weekly and follow up with employees who are missing timesheets and chase for timesheet approval
  • Ensure data integrity across multiple tools and spreadsheets with the latest information

What You’re Like

  • Strong organization skills, comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
  • Comfortable with excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Positive team player that is willing to pitch in whenever needed
  • Curious and pro-active nature; eager to learn
  • Ready for a fast-paced marketing agency environment with exciting clients and meaningful work in the healthcare/pharma/biotech space
  • Willing to come to the NY office occasionally

What You’ve Got

  • 1+ year of professional experience (internships count!) required; preferred qualifications include:
  • Data driven environment or healthcare/pharma industry exposure
  • Undergraduate Degree in business, marketing/communications, finance or related discipline
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Ability and willingness to quickly pivot and respond to pressing and changing demands
  • Strong time management and communication skills; comfortable asking for help in order to overcome roadblocks and challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working effectively with fellow resource managers, HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition

Pay Range: $45,000- $55,000 + overtime eligible

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
