The Children's Home is seeking a Full-Time Coordinator of Care Management. This position is a member of the Care Coordination Team and will assist in the coordination and organization of all day to day functions in the hospital, daily maintenance of all medical records, and responsible for efficient and accurate scheduling of in-patient and outpatient services through the various programs of The Children's Home.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of medical secretary/admissions/registration program, or other related program, or 2-4 years of experience in a medical field.
General knowledge of computer software and electronic medical records.
General knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Works independently and efficiently, possessing a high attention to detail and maintaining the volume of scheduling clients.
Strong organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Interpersonal and communication skills necessary to effectively communicate with patients, staff and other personnel.
Knowledge of third-party health care coverage, insurance regulations and authorizations preferred.
Ability to consistently maintain confidentiality with regards to all client information.
