Cycle seeks a Coordinator with a passion for the social and influencer space to join our team. This person will support in executing best in class creator programs in various verticals, working cross functionally with internal teams. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the creator and talent space and the digital/social industry. Successful candidates are organized, efficient, and self-starting. Most importantly, they should be curious to learn and willing to put themselves in uncomfortable positions, constantly striving to push the boundaries of what is possible.
Responsibilities:
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the
company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.

Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of successful influencer campaigns running concurrently with varying budgets, objectives, influencers, and creative
- Create and manage campaign materials such as weekly status call agendas, call notes, timelines, execution documents to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Understand campaign KPIs and source talent utilizing internal tools and databases, in order to meet client and campaign needs
- Assist with influencer and creator discovery, outreach and negotiation, content QA, live post monitoring, sentiment analysis, and reporting
- Research industry trends and share learnings with larger partnerships team, staying aware of platform updates and the ever-changing social landscape
- Efficiently manage deliverables timelines and budgets
- Work with internal sales and execution teams to assist in building deliverables and talent recommendations

- Bachelor's degree and relevant intern experience in marketing and advertising
- Excellent written communication skills
- Some knowledge of creator-marketing landscape
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
- Must be self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Professional, polite, and respectful
- Brings energy and passion to everything they do, and will not be afraid to roll up his/her sleeves to tackle projects both big and small
- Passion for social media and creator marketing
- Unparalleled commitment to excellence — working non-standard hours when necessary, travel as required, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation
- Should be open to traveling
- Interest in tech is a bonus
