Controller
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our client's team in Great Neck! Our client is a top-rated dental practice with over 50 locations across the country. The ideal candidate will lead the accounting team and handle financial analysis, payroll, forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. What's in it for you:

Starting at $175,000/year based on experience
Work Model
Hybrid (Monday & Tuesday in office, Wednesday
Monday

Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Continuously monitor financial activities, including income, expenditures, and capital investments.
Prepare financial statements and reports to assess the companys financial health, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Gather, analyze, and consolidate financial data to produce detailed and accurate financial reports.
Present findings to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and potential areas of concern or opportunity.
Develop detailed budgets that reflect the companys financial plans and forecasts.
Develop and enforce robust financial control systems to safeguard company assets.
Provide direction and oversight to the accounts receivable and accounts payable departments.
Address payroll-related inquiries and issues, and maintain confidentiality of employee compensation information. Qualifications:
MSO Experience Required
10 years of accounting experience in a senior or managerial role
Bachelors degree in a related field, CPA preferred

- 5pm, can be flexible!
