Exciting new opportunity for a Contracts Manager with experience in managing contracts in database environment. The position will assist the attorneys in the legal department of a manufacturing growing company. Highly necessary position to allow the efficient flow of the contract process while being a valued member of the legal team. Duties/Responsibilities
Review, respond, revise and assist with contracts as determined by set of conditions.
Review terms and conditions, user agreements, leases, and other documents relating to software, equipment, etc. propose protective revisions and responses.
Work with attorneys when further additions are needed.
Update client vendor portals with current certificates of insurance, OSHA data and other data as requested by client.
Maintain and track current business certifications.
Highly organized and administrative with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt and respond to workflows.
Ability to take initiative to streamline processes and implement effective tracking systems.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Education and Experience:
3+ plus years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Law or paralegal certification, JD’s can be considered, however, this is not an attorney role
