In this role, you will support the programs operations by providing your experience in organizational and digital transformation to expand the footprint of the program.
Requirements:
Experience evaluating programs, projects, and policies by conducting research, and performing data analysis
Strong research-related skills
Excellent communication and writing skills
Familiarity with advising senior leadership on strategic matters
Experience consulting commercial and/or government clients of large organizations
Five (5) years of experience as a management consultant
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Organizational Psychology (or related discipline) from an accredited college or university
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Highly Preferred:
Graduate degree (Master’s or PhD) in a related discipline
Prior programming/data science experience
