Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 per year (based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location)

We're seeking an experienced Configuration Management Specialist to facilitate the operations, maintenance, and enhancement of our federal client's third-party project management software! This enterprise-wide platform manages more than 20,000 real estate projects throughout the country and is relied upon by more than 5,000 users. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define, document, and manage changes to software configurations and connected IT infrastructure, ensuring proper documentation and implementation.
• Record and report configuration status. Conduct audits to ensure compliance and integrity.
• Maintain accurate configuration documentation and manage CM tools.
• Collaborate with federal teams to manage configurations and provide training on CM processes and tools.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards/policies and mitigate configuration management risks.
• Monitor CM activities for continuous improvement and support incident management with accurate configuration data, when needed.
  
  
  

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related discipline.
• 5 years of configuration management experience in large-scale IT implementations.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust with the federal government.
