The Commercialization Manager position will be part of the implementation team that will launch and grow our company in North America. This position will pilot the standardization in ways of working, processes and reporting throughout new product development, materials planning and Demand and Supply Planning. In this role the person will be responsible for planning and execution of the entire portfolio of products that the joint venture manages. This role will leverage the internal resources of Kraft Heinz to scale through the logistics network and track performance and service.

Primary Responsibilities Will Be

• Lead overall execution of Supply Chain for New Product Development and Cost Out Projects
• Supports Operations in providing launch risk assessment allowing for leadership to make strategic financial decisions on future innovation
• Provide data insight regarding line utilization, capacity, inventory strategy, etc. during pre-launch prioritization phase
• Assesses waste risk potential due to existing volume commitments and provides input on viability of launch
• Post launch tracking execution tracking of key Supply Chain metrics including CFR, DFA, SCL
• Includes alignment and consistency of reporting, routines, and processes across the supply planning organization as well as reporting to ensure compliance
• Driving global playbook processes, rituals and routines and improvements to the supply planning processes across all cross functional teams
• Work with Capabilities leadership to provide end to end visibility of data and insights of operational opportunities to improve service and reduce overall costs in the supply chain
• Work on specific continuous improvement initiatives
• Facilitate effective Project Management for the acceleration of project timelines and any potential savings projects.
  
  
  

The ideal candidate will have

• 2-3 years’ experience with planning function or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team and be responsive
• Strong data analysis.
• Strong presentation skills and oral/written communication skills required
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Strong Tableau and similar reporting tools expertise
