We are a faith based real estate investing mastermind. We help clients expand their portfolio and income through buying apartments using syndications and creative financing strategies. We help new real estate investors and experience investors scale quickly and wisely.


Role Description

This is a full-time, fully remote role for a Commercial Real Estate Coach/Account Manager at REI Accelerator. The coach will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and helping clients grow their real estate portfolio through apartment investing. This role has an emphasis on back-end sales and we are looking for someone who is hungry to meet and exceed goals, while also being passionate about helping our clients reach theirs. This is not solely one on one coaching, as clients have access to a community of other investors and a full training on every step to buying apartments and scaling.


Compensation 

This is a commission based role. Earnings can reach $300k+ annually, depending on experience and longevity. Base will start at $6k/month during training/onboarding phase. OTE over $15,000 at minimum KPI.


Qualifications

-2+ years of experience in real estate (commercial/multi-family experience is a plus!)

-previous sales experience necessary

-unique sales experience (aside from real estate) preferred

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams

-Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks effectively, with strong attention to detail

-Experience in strategic planning and execution

-Strong analytical skills
