We're seeking a passionate Commercial Real Estate Broker to join our team remotely. In this role, you'll provide essential brokerage services to our valued clients.
Role Responsibilities
Participate in our comprehensive virtual training program to get you up to speed.
Manage your daily pipeline efficiently using our customizable software.
Engage in outbound call activities, ensuring a minimum of 65 calls per day.
Utilize our protected database to access all necessary contacts.
Deliver tailored presentations that highlight the value we provide to clients.
Expertly manage client expectations and navigate negotiations.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of commercial real estate and negotiation strategies.
Excellent sales and communication skills, both on the phone and via email.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
History of achievement in professional or related fields.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Familiarity with the local real estate market.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or equivalent experience.
