Insight Global is supporting a large software development client in their search for a Collections Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for collection on the clients' non-profit enterprise, and commercial accounts. This is a crucial role within the organization and there is a lot of visibility, servicing, and communication amongst high-level and top accounts. It requires extremely strong problem-solving, investigative, negotiation skills along with a keen attention to detail. On a daily basis, you will be expected to successfully collect on ~8 overdue accounts, out of a total portfolio that you run.
There will be one-on-one training and guidance provided to ensure that this individual gets all necessary information to be successful. The role is a fully remote contract-to-hire, with the eventual conversion to a permanent hire happening in early 2025. The pay rate starts at between $17-18/hr and payroll runs weekly. Requirements Overview
2+ years of experience in business-to-business collections
Experience working with commercial accounts
Proficient working with MS Excel at an advanced level (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, IF-statements)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing the candidate to be comfortable working with higher-level managers and clients
