Job Title: Cloud Architect

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures, leveraging leading-edge technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust cloud solutions.
  • Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Lead cloud migration initiatives, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on our infrastructure and recommending adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or similar role, with expertise in designing and implementing cloud solutions on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models, as well as cloud security best practices.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) preferred.
