We are excited to welcome a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to our team! As a Clinical Supervisor, you will have the important role of overseeing and mentoring a team of clinicians, including social workers and counselors, to ensure they provide top-notch behavioral health services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Offer clinical supervision and support to a team of clinicians, including social workers and counselors.
Conduct regular case reviews to ensure high-quality care and adherence to all relevant regulations.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Qualified to supervise Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFT) and Associate Clinical Social Workers (ACSW).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, specifically KIPU.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $90.00 - $100.00
Expected Hours: 1-4 hours per week
