SeaView Community Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our Child and Family Program. This vital role involves providing outpatient and home-based family services, focused on enhancing the well-being and development of children and families in our community.
About the Role:
As the Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee a team of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality therapeutic services. You will ensure the effective implementation of program goals, adherence to clinical standards, and the fostering of a supportive environment for both staff and the families we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train a team of a Case Manager and Peer Support Specialist.
Oversee the development and implementation of treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical guidelines.
Collaborate with community partners to enhance service delivery.
Conduct regular case reviews and provide clinical oversight.
Lead efforts to evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements.
Provide direct services to children and families.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or similar in Alaska preferred.
At least 5 years of clinical experience, with a focus on child and family therapy preferred.
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in a supervisory role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Commitment to trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
