ICPN Clinical Site Lead

WHO WE ARE

Hope is a clinical, educational, and therapeutic provider for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder. The Illinois Crisis Prevention Network (ICPN) is the result of a collaborative relationship between Hope and Trinity Services, Inc. ICPN is designed to meet the behavioral and medical needs of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are experiencing significant behavioral and medical challenges. The ICPN consists of six statewide Support Service Teams who provide community-based support and consultation services to the person experiencing these challenges, as well as their family and or service providers.

SUMMARY

The Site Lead provides ongoing clinical and administrative supervision for ICPN team members under the direction of the ICPN Director. This includes providing crisis services for individuals in need, ensuring family and staff are appropriately trained in order to implement behavior plans effectively, and assessing/implementing behavior plans as necessary.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Supervise ICPN team members throughout provision of services and act when necessary to address problems and concerns.
  • Design Personal Support Plans (PSP), which may or may not include a formalized Behavior Support Plan.
  • Provide onsite training to staff regarding implementation of interventions, data collection, and psychoeducation.
  • Work with community agencies, schools, and families to generalize strategies and services from one setting to another.
  • Provide summary reports on clinical outcomes established for ICPN.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or other related clinically-based discipline from an accredited graduate program.
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical setting related to graduate program.
  • 2+ years of experience providing supervision or leadership in a therapeutic setting.
  • Experience/specialized knowledge in developmental/intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, mental health disorders, or dually diagnosed individuals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in a professional manner, with all levels of employees.
  • Ability to build a strong rapport with community members, providers, coordinators, stakeholders, and other entities.

Compensation details: 70000-80000 Yearly Salary
