Responsibilities:
Lead global clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and study protocols.
Manage budgets & timelines.
Cultivate relationships with sites, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless collaboration.
Monitor study progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and deliver project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
3+ years of clinical trial management experience in industry.
5+ years in ophthalmology with deep knowledge of retinal diseases and treatments.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and ability to work remotely.
