Clinical Director - BCBA

I am currently partnered with a leading ABA Therapy company to find a Clinical Director on the East Coast to join their team. As the Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding our clinical team to deliver exceptional ABA therapy services. You will be responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for both staff and clients. Your leadership will be key in driving our mission to improve the lives of our clients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in ABA therapy, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and ethical standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a clinical team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care.
