Duties:

  • Collaborate with Primary Care Assistance Team leadership and staff to improve Veterans Health Administration Primary Care
  • Evaluate Clinical Resource Hubs and support primary care and mental health clinics
  • Develop and refine productivity measures for healthcare services
  • Support strategic planning, document preparation, and project management
  • Prepare manuscripts and evaluation designs
  • Conduct and supervise surveys and data collection

Requirements:

  • Clinical experience in primary care or mental health
  • Experience with recommendation panels, integrating primary care and mental health services, and managing complex patient care
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
