Job Title: Clinical - Care Navigator

Location: Remote | TX

Duration: 6 months

Shift: 9:30 AM-6:00 PM CST

May require overtime for after hours training so candidate must be flexible

Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD):

  • These positions work in a Call Center setting where the contractors are on a phone queue
  • Day to Day responsibilities - Inbound call center, assist and educate Medicaid members on benefits and Services such as PCP Changes, ID Cards and Coordinate transportation and other services.

Education Requirement:  

  • HS/GED

Required Skills

  • Must have experience working with children and or youth 3 out of the past 5 years
  • Must be able to pass background check
  • Call center experience is a must; worker is expected to be on the phones for the shift and will need to follow their schedule timely
