Job Description:
As a Client Success and Campaign Management Intern at Revenue Accelerator, you will be instrumental in assisting our client success team in managing and optimizing lead generation campaigns. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of tech sales and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and management of client success strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Help manage and optimize outbound lead generation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing detailed campaign performance reports.
- Collaborate with our team as well as clients to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to client communication efforts.
- Support the Client Experience Manager in daily administrative tasks.
- Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree program related to Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Google and capable of learning new software platforms.
