Client Services Analyst

Job Description

INFODYNAMICS seeks highly motivated candidates with excellent communication/organizational skills and an outgoing personality. The chosen candidate will be eager to help our existing and prospective clients get the best experience possible from our software, Checking in with our customers will be a critical part of this role. Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound customer communication
• Project Management
• Coordinate and schedule support service and implementation
• Cross-sell/up-sell products and services
• Receive and appropriately respond to customer issues
• Communicate customer needs across multiple departments
• Coordinate customer training sessions
• Assist with writing proposals and statements of work
• General Office/Administrative duties as needed
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to execute on multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high pressure, deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
• Ability to interact at all levels within the organization
