Hilldun is hiring a Los Angeles Client Relations Manager to support Hilldun's West Coast and APAC clients.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
Oversees Hilldun’s West Coast and APAC clients (the “Territory”) or as determined by position or assigned by management
Mitigates client concerns and issues by monitoring areas such as volume, agings, concentrations, credit coverage and credit losses
Builds a strong rapport and working relationship with clients
Acts as the point person for assigned accounts, communicating and working directly with various departments to address client needs and inquiries
Onboard new clients located within the Territory
Oversee Los Angeles Office
All other duties as assigned by management
Required Knowledge and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience working in the fashion industry and specific brand experience preferred
Experience working with an ERP system
Knowledge of factoring
