We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team at HB NEXT, a leading provider of Environment and Safety Services to the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the home building market. This position will be based in Atlanta, strategically located to access our target markets and will involve extensive travel.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with National Home Builders
Introduce HB NEXT Environmental Services to National Home Builders
Collaborate with all levels of management to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate joint sales calls
Manage Hubspot, host sales meetings, and provide weekly reports to the CEO, including attendance at monthly operational reviews
Responsible for overall account management of the top 25 Home Builders in our current markets, with a focus on monthly recurring revenue (MRR) growth
Set clear target goals and sales quotas to ensure all top 25 residential builders in our current footprint are visited and our story is shared effectively
Requirements:
Previous experience in relationship management, preferably within the construction or home building industry
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Proven track record of success in sales and account management
Willingness to travel
Ability to manage Hubspot or similar CRM software
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 base plus commission and bonuses
