Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team at HB NEXT, a leading provider of Environment and Safety Services to the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the home building market. This position will be based in Atlanta, strategically located to access our target markets and will involve extensive travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with National Home Builders
  • Introduce HB NEXT Environmental Services to National Home Builders
  • Collaborate with all levels of management to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate joint sales calls
  • Manage Hubspot, host sales meetings, and provide weekly reports to the CEO, including attendance at monthly operational reviews
  • Responsible for overall account management of the top 25 Home Builders in our current markets, with a focus on monthly recurring revenue (MRR) growth
  • Set clear target goals and sales quotas to ensure all top 25 residential builders in our current footprint are visited and our story is shared effectively

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in relationship management, preferably within the construction or home building industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to manage Hubspot or similar CRM software
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 base plus commission and bonuses

Additional Information:

  • Company vehicle provided for travel purposes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Years of progressive experience in sales management
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices and trends in compliance technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
