Job Summary
In this Client Relationship Manager role you must be resilient, adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment. You are eager to learn new things and play a key role in retaining customers and growing retention revenue. You must quickly be able to build rapport with customers to gain their trust and understand their needs. Other primary responsibilities include developing campaigns and strategies to penetrate and grow existing accounts. In addition, you must identify and saving at risk accounts while also following customer employee movement to identify new target accounts.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Use consultative sales approach to help customers explore product offerings and make purchase decisions.
- Exceeding our customer's expectations with every call and educating our customers by bringing your unique personality, enthusiasm, and passion to every conversation you have.
- Meeting performance and revenue retention goals/KPIs.
- Prioritizing work time to optimize customer interactions that lead to sales.
- Go above and beyond for customers to retain revenue.
- Constantly work with teams to identify and implement tactics to increase sales performance including scripting changes, call planning changes, offer changes and customer incentives.
- Monitor revenue generation of purchased items and research ways to increase contribution margins.
- Work in collaboration with internal teams to enhance sales pipeline and revenue generation.
- Support all retention customer inquiries coming through Intercom, email and phone.
- Responsible for maintaining agreed upon SLA for Sales Follow through.
- Plan and host QBRs to keep a pulse on all existing Box Genie customers.
- Analyzes and creates reports to recognize trends.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attendance is an essential job duty - being available and responsive during expected work hours and as the business requires
- May assist in the training of new Representatives through on-the-job training program.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to grow existing major accounts.
- Additional duties may be assigned by management.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and five (5) years of related experience.
- Proven experience delivering increases in conversion and transactions on ecommerce, B2B websites.
- Previous or transferrable experience in sales, customer service and meeting structured KPIs.
- True passion for sales and providing outstanding customer service experience. Complies with company policies and procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively and meet due dates.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications, Salesforce or other Sales Management Software, Intercom or a customer support tool, marketing CRM and other sales technologies as applicable.
- Must be competitive and be driven by daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the corrugated industry
- Experience with CRM tools such as Help desk tools (such as Intercom), Shopify, SalesForce, Pipedrive and standard ecommerce analytics platform Experience developing or working on project team implementing eCommerce platform/strategy
- Experience working with a matrixed team of stakeholders to achieve a common goal

This role has a base salary plus commission plan.
