Support our team with new client onboarding, paperwork processing, client log in, and maintenance requests etc.
Maintain high levels of communication with team and clients throughout the new account onboarding process and when handling routine account maintenance items.
Provide operational and administrative support to team in their daily business practices.
Organize, track and lead team projects, seeing them through to successful completion.
Own account maintenance for new and existing clients, including collecting client-specific information such as beneficiary and address changes.
Run, prepare, and send client statements and reports as needed.
Preparation and distribution of ADV, CRS, and Privacy Policy.
Communication/Relations
Act as an initial point of contact for screening of client needs.
Build client relationships while delivering white-glove customer service.
Send clients all necessary supplemental/disclosure paperwork.
Take a lead role in strengthening and growing our team’s relationships with clients.
Organize team for writing and submission of the quarterly newsletter including interacting with compliance department and print shop. Prepare and send printed and digital newsletters.
Prepare, design, and submit monthly digital bulletin.
Plan, organize, and own completion of quarterly client education seminars | Zoom and In Person.
Function as the client liaison/gatekeeper for all incoming calls.
Schedule all planning meetings and financial updates, track in CRM, and confirm upcoming appointments.
