Client Relationship Manager

Overview:

We are tremendously excited to be partnering with one of the leading law firms in the US on their search to add a Client Relationship Manager to their growing team!

In this position, you will work closely with the Global Group Leaders, the Global Group BD Lead, and the respective partners to support and drive strategic growth initiatives, client development, market positioning and brand recognition. The preferred candidate will serve as the go-to liaison and will develop and execute client strategy, while managing marketing initiatives for the Financial Institutions industry group. We believe this provides an excellent opportunity for someone with some management experience to further their growth as a leader, while taking a larger role in the strategic planning and approach for key accounts and clients.

We would love to engage with professionals that have previous management experience in a Client Relationships or Client Development function within a Law Firm. Beyond that, this person must be enthusiastic about the opportunity and must lead by example for junior staff members.

Core Responsibilities:

• Act as central point of contact, both internally and externally, within the client team primarily, and with the larger firm and other internal or external stakeholders
• Work closely with Lawyers, Partners and other key stakeholders within the firm to understand firm-wide capabilities to leverage specialist-led relationship building with key or primary accounts
• Play a key role in the diversification of revenue streams by identifying new business or relationship opportunities that haven’t been already leveraged by the firm
• Point of contact for any and all client feedback for the firm, which then must be presented to key internal stakeholders
• Work with wider business services teams to implement and manage IT tools for use in communicating our relationship with clients
