To beQUALIFIEDfor this position, werequireaCDA or higher, CPL (level 3 or higher) andpreviousexperience working in a licensed childcare facilityas a Lead Teacher.
Required Shift:Monday - Friday, based on center needs
Compensation:$17.00 - $19.00/hour,based on education and experience (+$1,500 sign on bonus)

Main Job Responsibilities
Assist the Director with developing and executing an on-going program of activities that contribute to the care, growth and development of the children and staff.
Assist the Directorwithenrollmentactivities, including tours, distribution of marketing materials to potential families.
Assist the Director with ensuring all State and Company Regulations are always being followed using Licensing Checks.
Provideguidance to teachers for creative curriculum, lesson plans, and classroom organization.
Establish professional and supportive relationships with parents and employees connected to the operation of the center.
Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing,walking,runningand climbing stairs.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
