Job Title/Type: Child Welfare Case Manager I is a W2 position (FULL TIME OR PART-TIME AVAILABLE)
Rate of Pay based upon experience
Rate of Pay: First active 90 days (probationary period) $19.00/hr.
Rate of Pay:After active 90 days (post-probationary period) $23.00/hr.- 25.00/hr. + Overtime (salary amount excludes benefits
listed below of paid holidays, cellphone reimbursement, mileage
reimbursement, paid time off and etc. )
Child Welfare Case Manager I Job Description includes but not limited to:
Home visits
Participation in DCS Case planning
Supervised visitation
Coordination of services

Participation in Court Hearings
Document client Progress Notes and Reports in the company database
Consistent Communication with Referring Sources
The ideal candidate will work in the following counties:
Marion County and the surrounding counties, which can be up to 60 miles in any direction, in rare cases it can exceed more than 60 miles in any direction. Clients will be seen in the community, an agency facility or in the client's home.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Sociology, or Social Work b) Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work; OR c) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a directly related human services field.
General Requirements:
Must pass all background checks which include: National FBI Check; National Sex Offender; Child Protective Services Check; Local Background Checks
Must pass all drug screens
Must have a valid Driver's License
Must have a reliable vehicle with the ability to use private car to transport self and others.
Must be able to work weekends
Must be able to have a flexible schedule
The Employee is responsible for obtaining Automobile insurance coverage($100,000/$300,000).
