Chief People Officer (ID:45734)

We seek a dynamic and strategic Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead an exciting Human Resources team in Greenville, South Carolina. The CPO will be critical in shaping and executing our people strategy to enhance employee satisfaction, streamline processes, and elevate our HR function. The ideal candidate will have a strong HRIS system evaluation and enhancement background and a proven track record in creating efficiencies and defining clear priorities. This role will have the exciting opportunity to catalyze change, champion diversity, and shape the future of work in Greenville.

Worksite Location: Greenville, South Carolina - Onsite

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the HR department, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and vision.
• Evaluate and enhance our HRIS system to improve functionality, efficiency, and user experience, or evaluate and assist with upgrading systems.
• Define clear priorities and create efficiencies within the HR function to support business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new hires.
• Mentor and elevate the Human Resources team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience with HRIS systems.
• Deeply passionate about employee experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
