About The Role
As a key member of our leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing human resource strategies that align with our company's vision and objectives. Key Responsibilities
Development and implementation of HR strategies to drive business growth.
Leadership and management of all HR functions to foster a culture of growth and collaboration.
Partnership with senior leadership to address organizational needs proactively.

Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent through innovative programs.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience focusing on driving results.
Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams towards excellence.

Deep understanding of HR best practices and regulatory compliance.
