This leadership position will focus on critical areas such as talent management, succession planning, organizational development, performance management, training, and compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive HR Strategy: Develop and execute an HR strategy supporting the organizational vision and goals.
Leadership and Team Development: Lead and mentor the HR team to promote high performance and exceptional service.
Succession Planning: Collaborate with senior management on a management succession plan aligned with strategic objectives.
Talent Acquisition and Retention: Design and implement effective strategies to attract and maintain high-quality staff.
Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the development of competitive packages to retain top talent.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining impeccable records.
Workplace Culture: Foster an environment in line with organizational values and mission.
Budget Management: Responsibly manage the HR department's budget.
Advisor Role: Act as a key adviser on organizational changes and management issues.
Collaboration: Coordinate with Legal and Compliance departments on internal investigations and disciplinary actions.
Position Qualifications

Education And Experience
Minimum of ten years in HR with three years in an executive leadership role
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Required HR certification; SHRM-SCP or similar certification preferred
