Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive HR Strategy: Develop and execute an HR strategy supporting the organizational vision and goals.
Leadership and Team Development: Lead and mentor the HR team to promote high performance and exceptional service.
Succession Planning: Collaborate with senior management on a management succession plan aligned with strategic objectives.
Talent Acquisition and Retention: Design and implement effective strategies to attract and maintain high-quality staff.
Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the development of competitive packages to retain top talent.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining impeccable records.
Workplace Culture: Foster an environment in line with organizational values and mission.
Budget Management: Responsibly manage the HR department's budget.
Advisor Role: Act as a key adviser on organizational changes and management issues.
Collaboration: Coordinate with Legal and Compliance departments on internal investigations and disciplinary actions.

Position Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Conflict resolution abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office suite
- Minimum of ten years in HR with three years in an executive leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Required HR certification; SHRM-SCP or similar certification preferred
