This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO). As the COO of our company, located in Massena, NY, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's day-to-day operations. This includes managing and coordinating various departments, implementing efficient processes, and ensuring smooth business operations. While the role is primarily located in Massena, NY, some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a COO or in a similar executive position
Must be a team player
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in the food or agriculture or related industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; MBA is a strong plus
Strong business acumen and financial literacy
Proficiency in project management and resource allocation
Ability to adapt to changes and drive innovation
Oversee daily operations including human relations, regulatory, and legal matters.
