Chief Operating Officer – Luxury Hotel Group


One of our portfolio companies is in search of a take-charge, fast-moving Chief Operations Officer to join their luxury hotel business. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient management of resources.

Key Responsibilities: 


• Oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-location luxury hotel business, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources. 

• Developing and implementing comprehensive standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality across locations at the highest standards. 

• Collaborating with the senior team, to monitor and improve operational processes and resolve any / all issues. 

• Analyze operational data and reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. 

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies. 

• Assist the CEO in the development and execution of business strategies and plans. 

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. 

• Work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to drive business growth and expansion. 

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence among staff.

Qualifications:


• Degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field; Masters preferred. 

• At least 10 years of experience in a senior operations role in the luxury hospitality industry. 

• Proven track record of achieving outstanding results in a highly competitive and dynamic environment. 

• Strong understanding of the luxury hotel market and operational best practices.
