Chief Operating Officer

Serial entrepreneurs are seeking a dynamic leader to serve as COO for their legal technology and consulting company.

As the COO, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the business, ensuring timely delivery of quality services to clients while maintaining profitability and cash flow. With a focus on scalability, the COO will ensure that the necessary resources are in place and functioning efficiently.

A key aspect of the role will be to leverage the company's solid technology platform to maintain a competitive edge in the market. The COO will collaborate with the owners and leaders of two sister businesses owned by the entrepreneurs, as well as the corporate controller, to identify and capitalize on opportunities for operational improvement, customer service enhancement, sales growth, and profitability across all businesses.

Key responsibilities of the COO include:

• Developing strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and expand service offerings.
• Providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for employees.
• Ensuring that the business is equipped to support high levels of growth.
• Driving the development of systems and processes to meet evolving business needs.
• Enhancing metrics and reporting for effective business management.
• Cultivating a high-performance culture based on transparency and accountability.
