ISC’s team of Financial Services Recruiters has been retained to secure a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a growing Wealth Management firm. This individual can sit in either the Philadelphia or LA office.


Due to growth and continued expansion, the firm is looking for a COO with a background in Wealth Management to lead firm operations.


As the COO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's overall strategy and direction, as well as actively contributing to the executive committee's decision-making processes. This role will be instrumental in driving the continued growth of the firm, particularly through strategic acquisitions and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement the firm's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Lead operational planning and execution to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
  • Oversee and optimize internal processes and workflows to enhance overall firm performance.
  • Lead and develop the Firm’s Client Service and Investment Operations teams.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and strategic acquisitions in alignment with the firm's objectives.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a key liaison between different departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a high-performing team, driving professional development and growth opportunities.
  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance for all Client Service Workflows.


Qualifications:

  • 10 years plus of leadership experience.
  • Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or in a similar senior leadership role within the financial services industry, preferably within Wealth Management.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution abilities with a track record of driving business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
