Responsibilities

Foster a nursing culture centered on quality care, safety, and an exceptional experience for patients and staff.

Build strong relationships with physicians and staff, fostering trust and credibility.

Develop and implement new patient care programs and policies in collaboration with leadership.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain nursing care standards.

Oversee nursing department operations, including budget management and performance targets.

Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for nursing staff.

Requirements

Registered Nurse with a Master's degree.

5+ years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Certification preferred from AACN or ANCC.
