Shell Point Retirement Community has a newly created opportunity for a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). This position, reporting to the CEO, will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, fostering superior patient care, standardizing clinical protocols, developing clinical strategic goals, and compliance with all regulatory care requirements across our continuum of care, to include skilled nursing, long-term care, physician’s practice, assisted living, homecare and home health. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in senior leadership working in an integrated delivery system/continuing care environment. Experience developing and evaluating best practices and emerging trends for organizational applicability and appropriateness is a must. A Master’s degree in nursing is strongly preferred.
