Community hospital part of a larger system looking to bring on a Chief Nursing Officer!
Will overall all day to day clinical needs with a team of about 90 FTE's. Direct reports will be a hospital Educator, Respiratory Therapy, Infection Control and a Wound Coordinator.
Licensed RN with a BSN, Masters preferred.
5+ years in a hospital setting.
2+ years in a management /leadership role from an acute care setting.
ACLS, BLS certification.
Knowledge of Joint Commission survey readiness and protocol.
Ability to be a hands on working type leader.
Higher acuity patient experience a plus.
