Chief Nursing Officer

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic nurse leader to serve as our first Chief Nursing Officer. As the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at Hippocratic AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by leveraging your nursing expertise to drive clinical strategy and innovation. The CNO will work closely with all of our partners and partner organizations, ensuring the safe deployment of our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, product developers, and clinical experts to develop and implement our AI Healthcare Agents, helping to dramatically increase healthcare access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for nursing and clinical initiatives within the company.
• Utilize your nursing background to inform product development and ensure that our solutions meet the needs of patients.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and clinical teams to design and implement AI-driven healthcare solutions.
• Lead the development of clinical protocols and guidelines to ensure the safe and effective use of our products in clinical settings.
• Act as a trusted clinical advisor and liaison to clients, providing guidance on adopting and implementing AI-driven solutions.
• Partner with the Chief Medical Officer to align clinical strategy with overall company goals and objectives.
• Serve as a liaison between the engineering, clinical teams, and customers, facilitating communication and understanding between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in nursing practice and healthcare technology to inform product development and strategy.
  
  

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in nursing executive leadership roles required, minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred Strong understanding of healthcare technology and its impact on clinical practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive innovation in healthcare delivery.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Passion for leveraging technology to improve patient care and healthcare outcomes.
