Strategic Nursing Leadership Opportunity at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee nursing and patient care functions to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective care delivery
  • Lead nursing and ancillary departments to align with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to recruit, mentor, and develop direct reports
  • Implement initiatives to enhance staff retention and professional growth
  • Drive patient safety initiatives, regulatory compliance, and best practices in clinical care
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the nursing team and patient care environment
  • Participate in strategic planning, quality improvement initiatives, and performance management

Requirements

  • Five years of progressive leadership experience in nursing management
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field
  • Active RN license in the state of practice; CENP or NEA certification preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven relationship-building abilities
  • Financial management, resource allocation, and operational efficiency experience
  • Dedication to continuous improvement, patient-centered care, and professional development
