Responsibilities
This position works closely with the Executive Director on all nursing and operational initiatives for a 326 bed multi-specialty healthcare facility. Service lines include short term rehabilitation/sub-acute, Huntington’s Disease, Memory Care and long term geriatric care.
Collaborate with leadership and clinical staff on initiatives to increase engagement and retention while maintaining standard of care
Strategize and drive care delivery initiatives within organization
Facilitate learning opportunities for clinical staff through partnership with clinical educator
Foster positive relationships amongst nursing staff and ensure successful assimilation of new hires
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $181,000 to $206,000 per year

BSN from an accredited nursing program
5+ years nursing leadership experience
